Mr. Comito has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate appraisal profession for the past 24 years, initially as a fee appraiser and most recently as a senior commercial review appraiser for a major regional financial institution over the past 10 years. Primary territories covered included the State of New Hampshire and Fairfield, New Haven and Hartford Counties in CT.
