stores, car washes, petroleum facilities and fast food restaurants throughout New
England and New York. He is widely recognized by oil companies, fuel
distributors, banks, attorneys and real estate investors for his
knowledge and understanding of the marketplace. His work includes feasibility
studies, advice to clients on
the difficult decisions relating to under-performing sites, new
acquisitions and expansion of existing operations.

Jeff Milne
Jeff has been intimately involved in the petroleum
industry since 1981. He served as wholesale manager for a large regional
oil and gasoline distributor assisting in the development and expansion
of operations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. His background
combines marketing, site design and development and operations. He is
also a licensed auctioneer.
