Fred Richards has been actively engaged in the appraisal of real estate since 1999. Professional assignments include market value appraisals in connection with buying, selling and financing, as well as eminent domain proceedings and ad valorem taxation. Additional assignments include economic feasibility studies of new developments and/or conversion of existing developments, investment analysis, and general advice and guidance on commercial real estate. Prior to joining Atlantic Valuation Consultants, Fred served in the following capacities:

	Senior Planner and Project Manager for Goody, Clancy & Associates, Inc.; Boston, MA; an architecture and planning firm specializing in institutional urban design and historic preservation.
